It’s been a frustrating past month. Since I returned from Singapore, I’d been sick. Headaches, head cold, more headaches… Just this past week I’ve returned to the gym for good, and have had to take a step backward on what I had been lifting. Still, that is life. When you get run down, you need to let your body rest and recover. I admit, there were a couple of days when I was feeling good, and I went to the gym, only to feel much worse the next couple of days. Take that rest if you need it! Don’t worry about losing your progress. It won’t go down that much, and you are exercising for your own health.
