My quads are still very sore from Wednesday. I had my running shoes on and was going to go for a nice casual stationary cycle instead of doing Workout 6b. But when I got to the gym, it just looked too boring, and the exercises today weren’t too quad-heavy. So I lifted anyway. And it was great, and my DOMS didn’t affect my form at all.
Alwyn has done a pretty good job designing this programme.
