Neck issues

I have a pre-existing recurring neck issue. It’s exacerbated by certain exercises, and also by unknowingly throwing my neck forward in certain exercise. I thought I’d gotten over it, but apparently not. It’s extremely frustrating. No gym for me this morning, it’s a trip to the osteopath instead.

The exercises that make it worse:

  • Back squats
  • Push Ups
  • Overhead presses with too much weight
  • YWTL
  • Cuban Press
  • Crunches
